Introducing the new 4 , 5 and 6 cylinder Aluminum Valve covers, shaved and oil cap relocated for hood clearance and better looks. 

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE CONTACTING US:

• A $70 core charge is applied if you do not send us a non-greasy cover to start with.
• These DO NOT fit 02-05 4200 and 04-06 4/5 cylinder heads with plastic covers. Aluminum covers fit aluminum cover engines only.
• There are several options to choose from when doing a cover. You must contact us to discuss your options and powder coat color choice first, then we will agree on a price and send you an invoice to pay. There are too many variables to give one set price, but it usually ranges between $250-700. We can do almost any color you can think of. Please see the pictures for some of our work. We have built over 24 Covers to date.
• "But why are they so expensive!?" These valve covers are fully fabricated-to-order here in house; We don't farm anything out, not even the powdercoating itself. Every aspect of these covers is treated as if quality painting a car. The cover is first hot-tanked and baffle removed for cleaning. Then baked in the oven for 1 hour to burn off any residual oils. Then sandblasted for further cleaning and to provide the powdercoat a surface to bite. Then the cover is modified as requested, and then solvent cleaned. Areas are touched up with spot high temp epoxy and spot blasting, then hand sanded like autobody work to ensure an ultra smooth paint finish. Then solvent cleaned again, sprayed with primer powdercoat, baked, cooled, sprayed again with the final powder coat, and finally the PCV baffle is re-installed. This entire process can take over 12 hours of labor, hence our price. This is a labor of love, not a quick slapped together part.
• We will not build a cover and then not powder coat it, we only sell the 100% finished product. Why? These covers are a direct reflection of our company, we will not take a chance that we sell an unpainted cover, and it get's poorly painted and passed off as our work.
• We do not polish any of the covers. The polished looking covers you can see in the pictures are actually "chrome" powdercoat.
• We can do almost any color imaginable that is commercial available in powder, including solids, metallic, candies, flake, texture, "chrome", etc. For available options, please check the following websites and let us know which color you choose. The cost of the powder is included in our price.

Options:

• Clean and powdercoat only, no modifications.
• Move and fill the oil cap location to provide hood clearance for low hood engine swaps.
• Cut the top off the front of the valve cover over the chain (removes about 0.7" of height) and relocate oil cap
• Cut the top off the front over the chains and angle cut down over the VVT actuator, and relocate oil cap
• Add PCV relocation and new fitting type to any of the above
• Add Removing un-used mounting tabs and filling un-used holes to any of the above.
