Take your manual 4200 build to the next level with our 17.2 Lb lightweight Chromoly 4140 flywheel. Designed for easy use with the T56, TR6060, AR5, R15x, AX-15, T56, NV3500, Muncie, and more. This flywheel is recomended for performance 4200 builds at or under about 4,300 lbs curb weight. Over this weight (or for an offroad build) we suggest a heavier flywheel which we will be debuting soon.

• 4140 Chromoly material is extremely strong and hard, allowing the ring gear to be machined as a part of the flywheel to save weight.
  
• Unlike other flywheels on the market, our flywheel offset from the crank face is specifically designed to not require a throwout bearing spacer when used with the common AR5 transmission swap. Other transmissions may still require a spacer, please contact us when you order so the correct spacer (if needed) can be supplied in the box.
• Dynamically balanced, ready to use out of the box and rated to 9,000 RPM.
• Under certification for SFI approval, but please be aware these are currently sold non certified. The SFI process is primarily a mafia style cash grab which requires paying the SFI institute money for each sticker they provide for your parts. Once these are certified, the cost will go up.

• Please note, customer must purchase flywheel and pressure plate bolts. Suggested use of ARP Flywheel bolts: 102-2803 for 2003-2009 4200 engines (2002 was a different M10x1.5 that I don't have an ARP part number for)
• ARP Pressure plate bolts: 130-2201
• You will want a clutch kit for a 10.5" (sometimes also listed as 10.4") SBC 350/305 with either a 26 spline or 10 spline to match your transmission. If you have any questions on a clutch kit for compatability, please let us know.

These flywheels are designed from scratch here at Atlas Industries using actual prototype Vortec 4200 manual parts, CAD/CMM work, and good old hands on testing.
