Vortec 4200 "Stretched" Cast Aluminum Oil Pans

The least expensive 4200 oil pan on the market, but certainly not the "cheapest"! These are made from Brand New 5 cylinder oil pans, that are cut and welded to fit the 4200 all in-house at Atlas Industries. Optional oil pickup tube is also brand new and extended to match. (We do the pickup tube as an option, because some people are comfortable making their own steel pickup tube, but they are not up for welding an aluminum pan.)

To keep costs down, we build these production line style. We will not modify these pans in any custom manner, it's off the shelf as-is. We also do not modify customer supplied pans nor do we require a core. This is a 100% new product. 

All parts are Leak Checked and come with a lifetime repair warranty to the original owner for leaks, as long as no damage or modifications occur, which will void the warranty. We try our best, but please note that these are cast aluminum pans, so not all welds will look pristine: We sometimes find porosity in the castings that need ground out and filled.

****Pictures show approximate dimensions, it is not our fault if your pan doesn't fit your application. This causes us undue burden on a return. There will be a %15 restocking fee on any returned pan. You can only return the pan if it is in perfect un-used condition****
